Anne E. Savko, O.D.

Dr. Savko graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Lutheran Univeristy. She then attended the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA and interned at Group Health Cooperative, WA, VA West Los Angeles, VA Tucson, and the Optometric Center of Fullerton. She is a member of the California Optometric Association, and the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club. Some of Dr. Savko's interests include yoga, gardening, gourmet cooking, singing, crafts, and community service.

Dr. Ralph Starr

Dr. Ralph Starr received his Bachelor of Public Health from the University of California at Los Angeles, and his Doctorate of Optometry from the Los Angeles College of Optometry. Dr. Starr has been practicing optometry in Thousand Oaks since 1972 and is very pleased to announce that Dr. Savko is the perfect fit to continue the standard of eye care excellence!

Our Office Staff- Deanna, Kathy, and Linda

Our staff are eager to assist you finding in the perfect eyewear to compliment your unique personality, lifestyle, and visual needs.

Deanna has worked extensively in the optical field. Her father owns an optical lab, where she has worked for the past 8 years. Dr. Savko has worked with Deanna at Dr. Pazen's office in Ventura for the past 3 years and is very excited to have Deanna join us in Thousand Oaks! Deanna is extremely knowledgeable with insurances and billing and will be happy to explain your benefits and how to best utilize them.

Kathy has also worked for the past 6 years at Dr. Savko's office. She assists in all aspects including frame selection, reviewing insurances, and billing.

Linda has worked for several years in the optical field. She expertly adjusts glasses, and is often a miracle worker when it comes to eyeglass repair. Linda also prepares for your appointment by verifying your insurance coverage, and communicates with our labs to make sure that your order is accurately and quickly returned.
